A global SaaS company's training platform delivers product education to customers all over the world, but producing localised content at scale was slow, expensive and inconsistent when done manually, or when left to whoever typed a generic "translate this" prompt at Claude. I built something that goes further than a one-off prompt: a fully self-contained artefact that anyone in the org can pick up and use directly, no translation or prompt-engineering expertise required, with every rule, style guide, terminology source and fallback already baked in.

Three connected pieces of the same push: getting a content team genuinely fluent in AI, not just handed a login. When leadership announced a company-wide rollout of Claude, I designed the training, built the tools hub that made adoption stick, and wrote the onboarding docs and naming standards that kept everything consistent afterward.

An internal course catalogue of 700+ e-learning courses across five languages needed rebranded thumbnails. Doing it one by one through the LMS admin UI wasn't realistic, so I checked whether the LMS's API could write as well as read. It could, and I built a full pipeline around that.

20 years across the full lifecycle
Most people who touch e-learning own one slice of it: the design, or the build, or the reporting. Twenty years in, I can see a programme through end to end, and know exactly where it tends to go wrong at every stage.

Corporate design doesn't get the flashy showreel, but it's some of the most valuable work I do: brand systems that hundreds of people can pick up and use correctly without a designer in the room every time. I've built and maintained these for several large organisations, from energy providers to insurers to training and events companies, and led full visual rebrands more than once.

A homepage banner carousel was intermittently showing the edge of the next slide, as if two banners were visible at once. It happened most often when a browser window was restored or reopened, so I tracked it down and fixed it.

A 2,700+ video library with no easy way to answer basic questions like what's actually being watched, what hasn't been touched in years, or what's missing captions, beyond clicking through the video host's UI one video at a time. I built a Python toolkit to fix that.

Because not every project needs to be for a client. This is a custom ESP32-based dash clock, built to sit in the factory blanking-plate aperture of a 1997 Honda Acty SDX kei truck: the kind of odd brief I'd happily take on for someone else too.

Craig Lambard runs Second Life Bikes, an East London-based YouTube channel and Instagram (@_2ndlifebikes) built around restoring old bikes and giving them a second life. Between the two platforms he has a combined following of 100k+, with brand partners including Stayer Cycles, Hiplok, Juice Lubes and Chrome Europe.
A new animated logo for the channel: designed, then brought to life as a motion piece for use as an opening and closing bumper across his YouTube videos, keeping the brand consistent everywhere Craig shows up.

Maurice Africh is a science fantasy author best known for Cello's Gate, part of his Sky Pirates of Imperia series, with a readership of nearly 15k on Instagram and a much larger following on TikTok.
Logo design for the Discord server built around his books, giving readers a branded home to discuss the series that fits the tone and world of the story rather than a generic community badge.

Two Stories Bookshop is an online, queer-owned independent bookshop based in Chicago, IL, run by a married couple chasing their dream of a shop of their own. They specialise in off-the-beaten-path horror and thriller recommendations (though they'll rec any genre), selling through Bookshop.org and Libro.fm.
Primary logo design plus seasonal variations for events and releases through the year, alongside ongoing design support as the shop's identity has grown.

A self-built and self-maintained home server, running everything behind a single custom dashboard (nicknamed after the ship computer in Alien, MU-TH-UR, because why not). ZFS underneath for storage integrity, Docker on top for everything else, all exposed securely through a Cloudflare Tunnel rather than opening ports to the internet: the same pattern used to self-host this portfolio.
